其实,“in the barber's” 和“At the Barber's”都可以的.
若说要有区别的话,应是,“in the barber's”是指,强调在理发店里面.
而“At the Barber's”则是可以在理发店里面和周围或那个定点周边.
例如：

我在理发店理发了.
I met an old friend at the barber's.
我在理发馆那儿遇到了老朋友.
