i think it is important that we should listen to each other,the reason is it is the better a way we can understand each other well,building our society relation,and it is essential value for each other.
first of a question is who should be the listener.
i think first a kind of listener should be the family,i suggest that every family should listen to their children what they need ,which can remove misunderstand of each other,make family understand what is their children's idea.
next ,i wish the teachers could listen to their students what trouble they meet,giving them some help .
the last of my suggestion is that every students should listen to their classmates,which will enable them to develop their friendship,and learn some good quality from each other.
so,i think it is necessary for we to listen to each other.
the method of how to listen to each other well is that listener should focus their all attention on listening to each other
