考前只剩下90天了。
left是过去分词做定语修饰days，相当于定语从句that/which are left.
being是多余的，这里不是现在进行时态，不用ing形式。
可参考如下例子：
The cat being feeded is mine.
这个正在被喂食的小猫是我家的。

正确的应该是 Now there are only 90 days left before the test
去掉being 因为这里，过去分词作定语修饰名词 90 天就可以了。
being + done 形式 不能用作定语，常用作状语。

去掉being,left用来修饰days,不需要being

去掉Being,这里没有正在进行时的意思
