A group of organisms interrelated by the fact that each member of the group feeds upon on the one below it and is in turn eaten by the organism above it in the chain [1],which is called food chain in biology.
The relationship between every species in food chain includes co-evolution,competition and predation [2],which restricts the population of each species,being stability at a long-term evolutionary process.It is very early that the quantity of each species was studied,such as Pyramid energy theory [3].
We apply the differential equations method to analyze six species from every of the trophic level in marine ecosystem and compare the result with real conditions.Finally we obtain the corresponding conclusions.
