随着快餐业的快速发展,人们对宅急送这一新型的订餐方式的认知和要求也不断的提高,但绿色配送的理念和执行在很多餐饮企业中的应用还不成熟,成为企业节约成本、提高顾客满意度,保证顾客饮食健康的障碍.本文针对普遍存在的宅急送服务差强人意,包装材料不绿色环保,配送设备比较落后,信息化推行程度不高等弊病,结合作者工作实际,从配送方式,包装方式,运输方式及人员的绿色管理加以论述,提出了肯德基宅急送的绿色物流管理研究这一论题.
