请把我给某公司的产品试用反馈翻译为英文：我使用贵公司的产品,按照注册提示文字一步一步走,走到上传头像这一步,遇到两种情况：1.刚点上传按钮就突然自动跳回注册的第一步,2.从电脑里选择好头像后提示上传出错,让我再选择上传头像,我试了多次都是这两种情况,不能注册成功,请问该怎么办?还有注册过程中如果我收到一个消息,看完消息后注册过程就跳回第一步,这个也很烦人.我不知这是个案还是贵公司的产品缺陷,请给个说法.
