我觉得这样可能更好一下,希望可以帮到你!我写的可以通过吗？恩稍微有些不顺呢亲...比如说 on working就不对..at work 是个固定短语。另外...initiative不应该用play这个动词，而是take...还有前半句.. 胜任的英文就是qualify或者competent..well assumed 并不是非常准确，我并不建议您用~
