The picture is about a father and a mother writing a letter for their son who addicted to the screen. From this picture we can find the impact of the internet on the way people communicate. Maybe you will think it is unthinkable ,because their son who is just in the upstairs. But now with online chat is developing ,it will be a nomol thing.
Why more and more people like use online chat instead face-to-face contact? I think it is easy to explain it . On the one hand , online chat is more convenient than face-to-face contact. Our phone and computer both have a chat tool. You can do it everywhere and any time if you want. On the other hand , the online chat is a modern thing .So young people think online chat is cool .
In my opion , I do not think the electronic communication can replace face-to-face contact. Because online chat can not perfect show people real idea like someone who is express his love.
