吉林省陛绅服装公司削弱供应链中牛鞭效应的研究
[摘要] 服装供应链采用订单式生产方式,但生产的数量却与最终顾客的实际需求量存在很大的差异,即产生了牛鞭效应.服装供应链的牛鞭效应与厂商的需求预测、批量订货、提前期等有关.为了更好的解决这一根本问题本文从吉林省陛绅服装公司入手对牛鞭效应的应对策略进行了进一步的探讨.研究结果显示,实现信息的充分共享、简化供应链结构、加强供应链成员企业的战略合作、完善管理决策机制将有效地弱化服装供应链的牛鞭效应,增强服装供应链的整体运作效率和竞争能力.

译文:[abstract] garment supply chain using ordering production mode, but production quantity is and the ultimate customers' actual demand have very big difference, which produce the bullwhip effect. Garment supply chain, then bullwhip effect with the manufacturers of demand forecasting, batch ordering and lead times and so on. In order to better solve the fundamental problems this paper from jilin Bi landed gentry clothing company obtains the bullwhip effect strategies for further discussion. Research results show that the full realization of information sharing, simplify the supply chain structure, strengthening supply chain members of the enterprise's strategic cooperation, perfecting the management decision-making mechanism will effectively weaken garment supply chain of the bullwhip effect, enhance the overall operational efficiency of the supply chain clothing and competitive ability.
