However,for the sake of preparing a stronger review,with the consent from the client,I herein kindly ask you to provide us the following materials:
1.Any written evidences to prove the opposed arty,namely Nantong Universal had known or should have known our famous house mark "Schunk logo"
2.Any early invoices and business letters indicating our house mark "SCHUNK logo"between the Chinese users and your side .If you still keep the original copies,please kindly make a notarized copy before the notary public at your side and provide us the same by registered mail.
3.The original copies of written affidavit expected and stamped by some Chinese end users about their impression of the brand name"SCHUNK logo" in the field,and
4.Any public and\or internal written materials in Chinese version that can prove the use and reputation of the vrand name "SCHUNK logo"preferably before the filing date of the opposed mark,namely May31,2001
For your information,according the our trademark law,all above mentioned materials must be submitted within three mouths after the review date.I prefer to have the said materials before the date of SEPT.20.2006
