该期刊将会接受原创的手稿,其材料内容应该除了以不超过400字的摘要形式出现外未在任何其它地方发表过.
就是说只接受未在别处刊登过的原创手稿,如果只是在别处刊登过400字以下的摘要也是可以的,超过这个字数就算在别处刊登过,就不能接受了.except那一句是什么成份？except 是介词，except in the form of an abstract of not more than 400 words 是条件状语。
