Cooking instructions;
The most important thing to remember when cooking fish is not to overcook it Because these fillets are natural ,they may have bone.
Bake
Preheat oven to 425 F .Place fillet in lightly oiled shallow baking dish .Season with salt ,pepper and butter or margarine.Bake 6-10 minutes per inch of thickness of fillet until it just opaque throughout.
Sautéed
Heat oil about 350F .dip fish in flour or cornmeal,fry until brown(1 to 3 minutes per side )
Remove and serve hot.
Broil
Preheat broiler pan.If desired season fish with salt ,people and lemon juice.It is NOT necessary
To add butter or margarine,since the fish will stay moist as long as it is not over-cooked .place pan containing fish 4 to 5 inches from heat and broil 6 to 12 minutes per inch of thickness
Grill
Preheat grill .season fillets with salt and pepper.Turn after 3 to 4 minutes .continue to grill until fish flakes when pierced with a fork
