The research about management of marketing and sales channels,is the most important part in mordern enterprise marketing management.The theme of this article is to research the transformation of HENGSHENG Resistant Material Company's marketing channels.The author have analysised and researched from these aspects:the model of management of this company's channel ,management mechanisms,constraints,channel conflict,channel control,and the internal and external environment of marketing channels,then find the lackness and defect of mangagementof marketing and sales channels.Combine all the basic theory of marketing channels which has been learned,and the future of this theory's development,to put forward put forward the ideas of reform marketing channel,and after full arguments,to improve the level of management of enterprise marketing channels,and make marketing channels play a better role.
