如果是强调句的话去掉 it is 。。。that 句子依然成立，但是此句中去掉以后句子就不通顺了
这是定语从句。而且定语从句中不缺少主语和宾语，所以不能使用关系代词 which 或者that引导。
应该选择使用关系副词。先行词是job是一表示抽象地点的名词，关系副词where起连接作用，
且在定语从句中作状语。point, case, stage, job, situation等表示抽象地点的名词充当先行词时，
常用用关系副词where来引导定语从句。
