1。 It is a job , （in the job）you are doing something serious but interesting. 括号里部分可以换成 （where)
2。 It is a job , the job is serious but interesting. 括号里部分可以换成 (that/which)
明白了吗 ？ 如果是用 that或which ，后面直接跟动词，不用主语。 所以这道题只能填where ，用一个介词。

先行词job提前,如果不把job提前就应该表述为：You are doing something serious but interesting in the job.如果把job提前,那么in the去哪里了呢?如果用which也可以,但要加上in才可以,而in which又等于where,所以用where.
