1.Bid Bond is a Bank Guarantee for 2% of quotation price,given with the quotation.This will ensure that you will not change prices within 90 days of the tender.In this case the 90 days period means upto June 09,2010.BID BOND IS RETURNED BACK BY THE CLIENT AFTER COMPLETION OF THE ORDER.
2.Yes,you are right,the commission is payable soon after you receive the payment from the client thru l/c.
