In this paper,the problems of logistics and distribution hypermarket in China is analyzed,such as technology and management issues,and through analysis of foreign hypermarket giant (Wal-Mart,Carrefour) in terms of successful experience in logistics and distribution,and then integrated in the hypermarket deficiency in our country and profits from the overseas management experience,For our country's large-scale comprehensive supermarket logistics and distribution of the development offer Suggestions and countermeasures.To promote the development of hypermarket in China.
In this paper,problems in logistics and distribution in large Chinese hypermarkets,such as technical and management issues,are analyzed.Experience of foreign hypermarket giants (Wal-mart,Carrefour) in logistics and distribution are also analyzed.Deficiency in Chinese hypermarkets are summarized and managerial experience of foreign hypermarkets are made use of for reference.Suggestions and countermeasures concerning development of logistics and distribution are provided for large Chinese hypermarkets to promote their development.
