The customs regulations,customs,need to withdraw because of the mistakes,fine,but if,can apply for to quote from the penalty,but must be filed by the consignee.Now that we have completed the process from heavy newspaper shut,but in our application from the consignee refuse the application,build official seal fines,namely refuses to apply for,because they think that if they sealed application,is to admit this,the goods are not in application,CIF,they should not assume the fees,I already and explain them,no matter whether the application is not successful,the fees have to bear them,but after a long time,the consignee or refused to cooperate with coordination,we cannot conclude this ticket cargo operations,and no way to get back before the deposit,the mortgage is now at the end of the year,we need to settle all accounts,please communicate with the consignee,the consignor help to solve the problem,thank you!
1.由于报关出错,如果退关,海关会罚款.如果是删单重报,就可以申请免除罚款,这个申请是由收货人提出的.
2.现在已经完成了删单重报,但是收货人不肯申请免除罚金,原因是误以为提出申请和盖章,就要承担罚款………………造成的后果是我们这票货物的操作无法完成,我公司也无法拿回在收货人手上的保证金（有些货主要求货运公司提供保证金作担保的）.
3.所以,希望发货人帮忙跟收货沟通一下,证明收货人在免除罚金的申请上盖章,是不会承担任何费用和责任的.
