1、Basic general situation
Angola is located in the west coast of Africa,east of Zambia,the south by Namibia,bounded Atlantic,the North with the Zaire border.Altitude 1000 -2000 meters,the average temperature of 24 degrees Centigrade.National area of 1.2467 million square kilometers and a population of over 11.5 million,the land area of about 8 million hectares,the pasture and grassland area of 29 million hectares.Angolan economy mainly on agriculture,Angola vast area and fertile soil,rivers clouds,and Angola has great potential for development of agriculture.
2、The plan to reclamation area
The plan to reclamation area is 1000 hectares with three-year's work,the yearly area is 333 hectares.
3、The plan to invest mechanical equipment
And plan to invest some agricultural integrating machinery,like:land cultivator,seeding machine,spraying machine,harvester etc,5 sets to realize farmland mechanization .The machinery invest is 1 million RMB.(Equivalent to 130000 U.S.dollars)

4.1 The planting plan
4.1.1 The 1st year reclamation and planting plan
Corn 100 hectares,broomcorn 40 hectares,potato 60 hectares,yam 30 hectares,wheat 60 hectares,millet 50 hectares,6 kinds ,total plant area is 340 hectares.
4.1.2 The 2nd year reclamation and planting plan
Corn 200 hectares,broomcorn 80 hectares,potato 120 hectares,yam 60 hectares,wheat 120 hectares,millet 100 hectares,6 kinds .And the total plant area is 680 hectares including 340 hectares area that was reclaimed recently.
4.1.3 The 3rd year reclamation and planting plan
Corn 300 hectares,broomcorn 100 hectares,potato 150 hectares,yam 80 hectares,wheat 150 hectares,millet 100 hectares,tomato 30 hectares,cabbage 30 hectares,onion 40 hectares,legume 20 hectares,10 kinds.And the total plant area is 1000 hectares including 320 hectares area that was reclaimed recently.
