红花芽菜中维生素C及几种微量元素的测定
摘要:维生素C 是人体维持生长保证健康所必需的,营养物质,许多保健食品中都含有.目前国内测定维生素C的方法有几种有2 ,4 —二硝基苯肼法、荧光光度法及液相色谱法.前两种方法试样前处理比较复杂,后一种方法由于各种样品基体不同,干扰因素不同及检测条件不完善,通常应用不多.但检测条件是分离效果的关键,我们通过摸索条件,建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定保健食品中维生素C ,平均回收率为94.101.3 % ,相对标准偏差为4.6.1 % ,最低检出浓度为0.001mg/ ml ,该方法灵敏、快速、准确.红花具有活血化瘀,凉血解毒,解郁安神等功效.本实验采用反相高效液相色谱法测定红花中维生素C和原子吸收分光光度法(AA S) 测定红花中部分金属元素的含量,通过以上实验对红花芽菜进行研究.
