As our Apparel VP will fly to BJ for Biz only staying from Monday till
Friday next week.
And he replied me last time he can be available on Thursday per his
schedule in BJ.
I need to ask him and see whether he can meet you on next Friday afternoon
or postpone his flight till Saturday.
Besides our Apparel VP,my manager and I will attend the meeting with you
as well.
We would like to know your biz scope and your company's status and how we
can start cooperate in the future,esp the design portfolio we would like
to take a look,etc.
Let me update with you whether our Apparel VP can meet your flight schedule
next week on Friday or Saturday then.
