All documents submitted for review must be official,that is,they must be either originals or copies certified by authorized persons.A "certified" copy is one that bears an original signature of the registrar or other designated school official,an original impression of the institution’s seal,or signature/seal of the examining board.Uncertified or notarized copies are not acceptable.

所有文档必须是官方版.也就是说,必须是原版或者公正版.公证必须由原来的注册人,学校官员或者监察机构签字或者盖章.没有公证的版本是不被接受的
