Internet in China has been developing rapidly since the 21st century,complying with which the government PR is also developed.While there are many challenges,such as the scarce capability to deal with emergencies,imperfect public mechanism of government affairs and information,lack of efficient network supervision system,professional personnels,low public participation and so on.To better govenment PR and make better government image,we have to take some measures suiting the case and strive to boost the government PR capability .[U1]
