I do exercises three times a week regularly. There might be some extra, but speaking of regular exercise, I only do those I am good at. I play basketball at school after class on Monday. I play pingpong at the gym on Friday. Saturday is soccer days with my dad. My dad is a huge soccer fan and he's been training me by himself since I was little. Extra exercises depend on weather condition, my mood and situations. I might go swimming with friends in summer time. I might go snowboarding with my cousins on winter breaks. Exercises are not just for keeping healthy but they are lots of fun.
