一些药用植物繁殖方法研究摘要:本文研究了不同扦插时期、不同扦插基质、不同质量浓度的吲哚丁酸(IBA)、α-萘乙酸(NAA)、2,4二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D)对药用植物扦插插穗生根的影响.结果表明:四种不同时期扦插中以4月16日扦插苗质量较好,其生根率、叶片数、根长、等都明显高于其他时期,其次就是4月26日、3月26日,3月16日的较差.不同扦插基质对药用植物扦插苗质量的影响不同,其中人工基质扦插效果较好,沙土基质与壤土基质多项指标相比较前者要优于后者,壤土基质是本实验的较差基质.三种激素能显著促进母本生长及显著提高其扦插苗质量,IBA处理插穗生根率最高,NAA发生不定根数量最多最长.2,4-D处理的效果相对前两者而言较差.关键词:药用植物,基质,扦插,生根率,外源激素
Some medicinal plant breeding method to study the: in this paper the cutting of different period, different cutting matrix and different quality of butyric acid concentration indoles (IBA), alpha naphthalene acid (NAA), 2, 3 two chlorobenzene oxygen ethanoic acid (2, 4-d) for medicinal plant cutting rooting cuttings of influence. Different cutting matrix on medicinal plants was cutting the influence on the quality of different artificially among them, cutting matrix effect is good, sand loam matrix and matrix many index compared to the former is better than the latter, this experiment is the loam matrix is bad matrix. Three kinds of hormones can significantly improve maternal growth and improve the quality of seedlings, IBA processing cutting rooting rate highest NAA cuttings, the largest number of adventitious roots occur longest. 2, 4-d treatment effect than both before is poor.
