We wrote UPS a letter explaining how our previous shipment was to be air freight not individual packages and they have agreed but as all things simple,this is not.
They cannot fix on this end and past it back to china,please explain the same to them that you do not understand how this got out of hand from air freight which was the intended and obvious shipping method to express and or from 5500 dollars to 25000.You should also say you had only one bill number so assumed it went air freight.
In addition the charges included huge amounts for fuel which at this rate everybody else includes etc.
