汽车产品召回制度作为一项保护广大消费者权益的重要法律制度，我国亟待建立完善该项法律制度。本文通过介绍汽车召回制度及其相关国内外历史以及对汽车召回制度形成的原因进行分析，并结合现实与《缺陷汽车产品召回管理规定》，针对《汽车产品召回监督管理条例（征求意见稿）》的亮点与待完善之处做出了详细的分析，对完善我国的汽车产品召回法律制度体系提出了相关见解。
The system on recalls of the defective automobile products is an important legal system for protecting the consumers' rights,which is to be perfected in our country.This paper gives an introduction to the system along with its related history at home and abroad.It also presents with the analysis on the reason why the system was to be established.Furthermore,the paper offers the detailed analysis on the highlights and the imperfect items in the draft of "Administrative and Supervisory Regulations on the Recall of Automobile Products" in combination with the social reality and the "Administrative Regulations on Recalls of Defective Automobile Products".The opinions on the perfection of the legal system on automobile product recall in China have been issued here.
