摘要:变压器匝间短路占电力系统中大型变压器故障的50%-60%,由于匝间短路时短路电流可达额定电流的几十倍,对变压器的导体和绝缘材料有严重的危害,三相一次电流并未显著增大,因此给变压器现行主保护动作带来了很大困难.本文结合变压器绝缘电阻、吸收比、直流电阻、介质损耗、绝缘油色谱分析试验结果判断变压器故障类型,为类似变压器故障判断提供借鉴依据.

Abstract:the turn-to-turn short circuit of large power system transformer fault of 50% 60%,due to
the turn-to-turn short circuit when the short circuit current can be up to several dozen times the
rated current,conductor and insulation of transformer has serious harm,a three-phase current did not increase significantly,so current transformer main protection action to bring very great difficulty.Based on the transformer insulation resistance,absorption ratio and dcresistance,dielectric loss,insulating oil chromatographic analysis of test result judgment of transformer fault type,provide reference basis for similar transformer fault diagnosis.
