关于倒装句的问题
请看以下两句倒装句,均是剑桥语法中抄录而来.
Were the government to be forced into another election,it would be the favourite to win.对比 In no way is the existence of extraterrestrial life confirmed by the report.
为什么第一句倒装后Government后面加入了不定式to be.而后面一句话倒装后同样提前谓语动词而没有加入不定式to be.

我认为 forced 是形容词,需be动词修饰
