Angelica is an herb of Apiaceae and common Chinese herbal.It has significant economic value.To research the angelica and expand production,the author carried out a series of research and Tissue Culture on Angelica Dahurica Radix.It turns out that at 29 ℃,using MS medium can induce callus faster and better by takeing petioles as explants.
