a.If Seller requires appointment prior to pickup,make one in advance.Otherwise,as a courtesy,advise the Seller of your anticipated pickup schedule.
b.Be aware that someone at the delivery point will have to unload the shipment.Pay particular attention to door areas to assure that material is loaded safely.Proper care should be taken to insure that the material can be unloaded in a safe and expedient manner.
c.It is recommended that strict adherence to contract terms will minimize many of the potential problems in this area.If there is a question about any item,one should communicate with his/her Buyer/Seller and clarify the situation prior to shipping.
Listed below are some specific guidelines to be used in avoiding the most frequently reported problems.
