M：True,but we shouldn't wait too long,otherwise we'll have to pay dock duties(码头捐） on the cargo while it's waiting to be cleared.
J:I thought you used clearing and forwarding agents for this sort of work.
M:We always do in Hull（赫尔） ang Liverpool（利物浦） and Glasgow,（格拉斯哥）but here in London we sometimes submit the entries ourselves,when we're in a hurry.
