The following documents are intended to be interpreted as a consistent and compatible whole.If,however,an ambiguity or conflict is discovered to exist between separate provisions contained herein,OWNER and SELLER agree to resolve such conflicts by application of the commercial order of precedence shown below.

b) Special Conditions of Contract
c) General Conditions of Contract
d) Material Requisition and Technical Specifications
e) Bid Schedules
f) Drawings and other referenced technical documents
g) The site facilities together "the Contract".
