If a maximum of ten hits (for dealers and service dealers respectively) are found on the basis of the search criteria,the relevant dealers are listed separately according to sales and service.If 30 dealers are identified as hits,the user is provided can select the town/city (using the postcodes) most suitable to him/her via a drop-down menu.The selected dealers are then displayed.If the number of hits totals more than 30,the user will then be asked to refine the search with further criteria .
The dealer search available at www.audi.de is an individual application.In the future,it will also be integrated as a function of e-commerce applications (dealer selection for new car/company car queries,used car exchange,Configurator,test drive requests etc.).
