The letter of credit is payable against the presentation of the following documents:
- Seller's signed commercial invoice in triplicate.
- 3/3 set of Clean on Board Charter Party Bill of Lading,marked "Freight Prepaid".
- Certificate of Weight in triplicate made out by an independent surveyor as contracted for.
- Certificate of Analysis in triplicate and sampling by the independent surveyor as contracted for.
- Certificate of Origin endorsed by the miner's local Chamber of Commerce or government authority.
- Seller's certificate stating that he has sent by air courier or by fax or by PDF one set of non-negotiable B/L and shipping documents direct to Buyer within five (5) business days after shipment is made.
- Copy of Bank Performance Bond provided by Seller pursuant to Clause 8.
