Some people claim that many changes from the Internet improvement have obviously negative impacts to our society .Nevertheless ,the total effect has significant positive rather than negative.
impact是名词阿 不是动词impact才有固定搭配吗？

impact是要搭配on才行的
无论是名词还是动词,当成对...作用讲的时候都要用 impact on
但是还有两处错误.
1是impact不用复数,因此要把impacts to 改成 impact on
2是要在positive和rather之间加一个impact才行.
