该题选D 但是很多朋友们选D的原因说是so i didn't take the driving test last week是过去 而I _ too busy to have enough practice是过去的过去应该是过去完成时.可是不是had done与had been done 是过去完成吗?had been怎么讲,个人查了一下语法,had been+形容词表示某种行为和状态,能这么讲吗?这样讲这题做起来不是没有什么意义了,这题是总结时态时出的题.

had been 就是过去完成时的形式哦~
过去完成时是had+动词的过去分词,是吧?
而been就是be动词的过去分词
