Both parties wish to engage themselves,to enter the Funds indentified as above,in these financial trading transactions using them as risk-free collateral guarantee for securing any loan,credit line,or credit facility in favor of the bank account that will be opened,with jointed signatures of both Parties.in a leading European Bank indicated by Dr.Manfredo Massetani.
The Parties understand and agree to cooperate fully with each other and to provide such information and documentation without unnecessary delay as will be requested during initiation,and over the duration of the financial trading transactions and or such other professional services that have been engaged for the benefit of the agreement created herein
