In a microwave oven,radiation penetrates food and is then absorbed primarily by water molecule,causing heat to spread throuth the food.
为什么不能用 caused 来引导状语从句呢?

状语从句有时间状语,地点状语,让步状语,方式状语,原因状语 等等 引导词是when ,where,how,why,though等等,cause是一个动词,并不是引导词呀,再者,既然说从句就必须是个句子,而causing是个分词,causing heat to spread...
