[论我国信用卡产业发展模式]商业银行是现代市场经济中金融体系的主体,在一国的经济运行中发挥着重要作用.改革开放以来,我国商业银行的数量不断增加,规模不断扩大.加入世贸组织后,我国金融业改革开放的广度和深度发生了质的变化,这给我国商业银行提供了加快发展和参与国际竞争的良好机遇,也带来了更大的挑战.为了应对来自国内外的竞争挑战,商业银行先后进行了股份制改造,构建规范的公司治理结构,引进先进的商业银行经营管理理念,为缩小与国际先进银行的差距,提高核心竞争力奠定了坚实的基础.同时信息技术的发展促进了商业银行金融产品的创新和经营环境的变化,伴随着新业务和新产品的出现以及传统业务和产品的改造,商业银行的业务领域不断拓宽,经营品种不断增加,服务功能日益扩大,银行业的智力密集型特征越来越明显,商业银行发展的新趋势对从业人员的素质提出了更高的要求.商业银行的竞争集中体现在产品、服务竞争力和抵抗风险的能力上,商业银行间的竞争归根到底还是人才的竞争.本文探讨中国信用卡发展业务目前存在问题,如目标市场问题,风险管理问题,人力资源管理问题等.指出我国信用卡发展业务要有良好的发展环境,要及时转变经营机制,转变经营观念;使中国信用卡业务有良性的循环发展.关健词:商业银行,信用卡,市场,
