这道题选D选项 我想问一下为什么 还有这有什么固定短语在里面?如果换做Neither有什么用法?

前面是be动词,后面是行为动词,所以不能只是用so+be+主语或者so+do/does+主语回答,所以AB都不正确之所以D对,是因为it这个代名词代替的是整个状况,也就是说it代替了was born in America and speaks english beautifull...
