一直以来,游泳作为一项大众喜爱的运动,得到广泛传播.近年来,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对游泳池环境要求也越来越高.加强泳池水质处理,提高泳池水质是保障泳池环境的首要任务,因此,对泳池水处理系统的自动化程度提出了更高的要求.采用PLC设计工艺参数可视化以及水处理过程自动化的游泳池水处理控制系统势在必行.
PLC在泳池水处理系统中的应用,是满足居民饮用优质水需求的重要手段.用PLC代替了继电器控制装置,不仅具有强大的逻辑控制功能,而且还配有可靠的输入输出接口,可直接用于控制对象,具有通用性好、可靠性高、安装灵活、扩展方便和性价比高等优点,因而在泳池水处理行业得到广泛应用,实现对整个过程的实时监控,从而保障了处理过程的连续性,降低了劳动强度,实现了少人或无人职守的目标.本文以某公共游泳场的水处理控制系统为例,简要说明PLC在泳池水处理系统自动控制中的应用及其实现.
