=(6x-3y)(-5y)
=-15y(2x-y)
(x+1/2y-3)(x-1/2y+3)
=[x+(1/2y-3)][x-(1/2y-3)]
=x^2 - (1/2y-3)^2
=x^2 - 1/4y^2 + 3y - 9
x^2 - y^2 = (x+y)(x-y)=5(x-y)=15
