摘 要：随着Internet国际互联网的发展,计算机网络技术在期刊管理和编辑出版中的应用也日益广泛,越来越多的编辑部把在线投稿和审稿作为期刊管理的主要趋势和重要途径.通过分析在线投稿与审稿的工作流程及任务,基于.NET平台,参考国内外许多在线投稿与审稿系统的内容,设计出了在线稿件审理平台.
