近些年来随着电子书以及网购的冲击对实体书店的冲击越来越大,现在人们的购书习惯、阅读习惯都发生了很大的改变,尤以年轻群体为代表,网上购书越来越多,来实体买书的人越来越少.本文在分析图书购买者的行为及购买心理的基础上,了解影响其购买行为和购买心理的因素,从网购图书与在实体书店的图书购买者中进行对比分析,并针对图书购买者行为提出的企业营销策略分析.在面对这种情况下,建议多元化经营模式,开辟出新的市场空间.
With an increasingly large impact of e-books and on-line shopping on book store entities in recent years, great changes have taken place in people's custom of buying and reading books with a typical of the younger groups. Therefore, more and more people prefer to buy books online. In this paper, we can have an understanding of the factors in their purchasing psychology and behaviors by analyzing the purchasers and make a comparative analysis of the on-lin purchasers and the ones in book store entities to put forward an enterprise marketing strategy analysis for the purchasers. In this case, it is reccommended to adopt a diversified business model to establish a market share.
