He worked very hard.(去掉) When(when) he was at school. In 1973, He has (去掉）developed a new kind of rice. Then he becomes（became） a famous scientist. Because of the new kind of rice, many countries grow more rice than before. In my opinion He is a hero of china!

这句话改成有问题
应该有一般过去式 改为 In 1973 He produced
a new kind of rice develop是改进的意思
改进了一种新种米 既然是新的怎么改进呢?
所以改成生产 Then he becomes a famous scientist
应用过去式 且去掉scientist 比较好
Then he became famous
many countries grow more rice than before
这句话 用grow 似乎不妥 改为produce更好
than before 可以省略
其他都可以了

he大写 He worked very hard. When he was at school去掉.grow大概不好。。。改have grown吧。。。
