近年来随着农民工规模的不断扩大以及由此引起的各种矛盾和社会问题,农民工问题受到了社会各界的广泛关注.然而目前对于农民工的社会保障权益依然正视不足,落实不到位.这对城乡关系的和谐发展,社会的兼顾公平和安定有序,以及法治建设的实现均产生了不良影响.本文着眼于近几年全国特别是东部沿海城市出现的“用工荒”现象,分析其症结所在,最后对如何维护农民工的合法权益,如何将农民工的社会保障真正的纳入法治轨道提出了几点建议,正视问题的存在并积极求索化解之道势在必行.
