公司财务控制是完善公司治理结构,使管理层的战略目标得以实现的重要举措.公司财务控制机制不健全或失效造成的损失在实际工作中屡见不鲜,如何加强企业财务控制是理论界和实务界的热点话题之一.本文从静态与动态两方面分析了如何构建公司财务控制机制,并就内部控制的建立进行了详细介绍.其中,静态财务控制在企业财务管理*和财务与会计机构之中,对控制职能的预先设置；动态控制则主要指对财务决策活动和全面预算活动的控制.
The company's financial control is one important measure to improve the corporate governance structure,so that management's strategic objectives can be achieved .It is not rare in practical work that he company's financial control mechanism is not sound or damaged which cause economic losses.So how to strengthen the enterprise's financial control is one of the hot topics in the theoretical circle and practitioners.In this paper,both static and dynamic analysis of how to build the company's financial control mechanisms will be introduced .And to the establishment of internal controls are described in detail in this paper too.Among them,static financial control in the enterprise financial management system and financial and accounting institutions among the control functions of the pre-set; dynamic control is mainly refers to financial decision-making activities and overall budget control over the activities.
