句话之间的符号都是逗号,只有最后的是句号.我能弄明白后面由fails and beacuse 中and 连接的前后两个句子结构,但是前面.help keep the new technology affordable,we need laws .这两句之间是如何连接的,实在是没看懂,如果说although 是连接这两个句子的连词,那前面的两句...information superhighway ,although ...又是靠谁连接的呢?
还有中间help keep 为什么能够连用,我在字典中也没有找到相关的信息,难道是某种省略么?
