Salary management is a key section of hotel operation management. It aims at motivating employees to finish their work in a positive and efficient manner by implementing proper salary system, managing employees and standardizing their behaviors.
本文以新荣记酒店的薪酬管理制度存在的问题为切入点,采用理论联系实践的研究方法,首先对薪酬的基本概念、薪酬设计的原则及结构和步骤等进行阐述和分析,然后综合分析酒店薪酬管理制度的现状和问题,最后根据所存在的问题,给新荣记酒店提出了一些建议.
This paper will start with the problems existing in the salary management system of Xinrongji Hotel. By correlating the theory with practice, it will elaborate and analyze the basic concept of salary and the principle, structure and procedure of salary design, and then comprehensively analyze the current situation and existing problems, and finally come up with some suggestions to Xinrongji Hotel according to the existing problems.
